BROCTON v NORTHWICH VICTORIA

Vics make the relatively short journey down to Brocton ( just south of Stafford) on Saturday to take on Brocton FC. The Badgers as they are called were formed in 1937 and were promoted from the North West Counties Division 1 South last season into the Midland League Premier. They have had a great start and currently lie 2nd in the League with 24 points from 12 matches winning 8 of them and losing the other 4. They have scored 24 goals in their last six matches with Regan Smith being the player to watch having scored 17 goals in just 14 matches so far!
Vics are still looking to push on and turn their draws into wins after a run of just 1 defeat in 8 games but that does include 4 draws.
This is one of the nearer away fixtures , so why not venture south and cheer the lads on

DIRECTIONS :

Take the M6 to J13 and take the A449 exit towards Stafford South for 1.5 miles and then turn right onto Rickerscote Road. In about 400 yards at the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Silkmore Lane and the ground will be on the right in 1/2mile
