MIDLAND LEAGUE PREMIER DIV'N
WEDNESDAY 3rd APRIL 2024 7.45pm KICK OFF
NORTHWICH VICS v CONGLETON TOWN
NB : MATCH BEING PLAYED AT THE SWANSWAY STADIUM, NANTWICH
Vics have moved quickly after the original match against Congleton was postponed on Monday and have re-arranged the match to be on tomorrow evening ( Wednesday) but it will be played at the home of Nantwich Town FC to avoid a further postponement due to the weather After Monday's round of matches , Congleton have the added incentive of knowing that they will go top of the table against if they can gain a win after Lichfield could only draw against Dudley Town. They are unbeaten in the League for 14 matches which stretches way back into November with their danger men Dan Needham and Brian Barton scoring 37 goals between them in all competitions so far this season.
Vics will be looking to continue their improved form under the charge of new manager Matt Barnes and push on up the League.
Vics would like to express their thanks to Nantwich Town for their help in hosting this match, and also thanks to Witton Albion who also kindly offered to help us out if required.
Big thanks to our Secretary , the legend that is Brian Turner for all his efforts in the almost impossible task of sorting out all the re-arranged fixtures.
