NORTHWICH VICTORIA v SQUIRES GATE

THE SEASON STARTS : and it's a big one for the first match, as Vics host Squires Gate in the Extra preliminary round of the FA Cup.
Squires Gate are in the NWCFL Premier Division, where they finished 23rd out of 24 last season, just avoiding relegation.
Their season has already actually started , and they stunned title favourites Bury as they came from behind to snatch a 4 - 4 draw with danger man Dean Ing getting a hat-trick. Gate also have former Trickie, Scott Harries in their squad.
Vics have already played Squires gate, in pre-season losing 4 - 2 up in Blackpool though today's team will be a lot different from the one that started that match !

There is a large free car park at the ground and there is a fully licensed clubhouse along with a tea bar inside the ground selling both hot and cold foods.

DIRECTIONS :

M6 to Junction 19, follow A556 westwards until slip road for the A533, follow A533 until roundabout, onto the industrial estate, turn right at that roundabout and take the A5018 until next roundabout, bear left onto Wharton Roard to the Top House pub, turn left onto Kingsway and left again to ground.
